Webb2 dec. 2024 · just disable the mailbox alone (not the ad object) just the mailbox of the shared mailbox and then re-create it back which would not remove any data or the content which would sort out the issue else you can move the shared mailbox to nosync OU (if you have any) and then sync it back.
