Google Winchester Youth loads and you ll see Hodgdons recommended 243 load. That's what we used and it pushed an 80 grain blitz boattail at 2550 fps, per Sierras recommendation and it worked great. Shot sub moa at 100 yds.

IMR 4350 is one of the best powders, if not the best powder for this cartridge and 140 grain bullets. You'll get top velocity and accuracy out of this combo.
