WebHad the same issue. Turns out it was cause of Valorant's anticheat vanguard. It had a kernel driver absolutely destroying my PC. Had to jump through some hoops to delete it but the key was going to the task bar, right click + exit the vanguard client, which crashed my PC, then manually going into Program Files and deleting the Vanguard source files.
